Overview

Embassies worldwide were losing critical hours searching for contact information across scattered Excel files, handwritten notes, and business cards—risking diplomatic errors where a single mistake could have political consequences.

My Role

  1. As Design Lead at Nvoye, I spearheaded the design of a centralized Relationship Management System that became the cornerstone of their Embassy Event Management platform.

  2. The solution reduced contact search time by 99% (from hours to seconds), eliminated data duplication entirely, and was compelling enough that embassies committed as customers before development was complete.

Manual Excel sheets

On individual staff computers.

Handwritten notes and business cards

PDFs and outdated files

In shared drives.

Why this matters?

Event preparation time was wasted on administrative hunting instead of relationship building. For diplomats, that's not just inefficient, it's a missed opportunity to strengthen ties.
