What is Mantis?
Mantis strives to meet the demands by offering a user-friendly web application designed for individuals to compare health insurance plans, both for individuals and their family members.
My Design Approach
This case study reflects not only my skills in human-centered design, interaction design, and prototyping but also showcases my ability to lead and inspire a design team towards success. Strategic UX Leadership
Oversaw UX apprentices' recruitment and onboarding, fostering a skilled design team. Worked closely with the project management team to understand feature requirements, purpose, and audience impact. Represented the design team cross-functionally to maintain a cohesive approach in project discussions.
Implemented Agile Framework
